If you get an error while processing a payment in Autodesk Account, verify the following:
- Card number and expiry date: For security reasons, you can’t view or edit existing card information. If you entered the wrong card information or your card has expired, select Add Card to enter the card information again as a new payment method. Verify that the card number and expiration date are correct.
- Name and billing address: Verify that the name and billing address match the address on record with your payment provider.
- Purchase limits: Some banks place a limit on how much you can spend on an individual purchase or in a single day. Even if you have funds available, your bank may not authorise the charge. If so, call your bank. Call your bank and ask them to authorise the charge or get information about their online purchase policies.
