Autodesk makes software and services available on a licensed or subscription basis. Rights to install, access, or otherwise use Autodesk software and services (including free software or services) are limited to licence rights and services entitlements expressly granted by Autodesk in the applicable licence or service agreement and are subject to acceptance of and compliance with all terms and conditions of that agreement. When you subscribe to a plan, it may renew automatically for a fixed fee on a monthly or annual basis, subject to availability. All benefits and purchase options may not be available for all software or services in all languages and/or geographies. Access to cloud services requires an Internet connection and is subject to any geographical restrictions set forth in the Terms of Service.

* Save up to 15% on Autodesk’s Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of industry collections and/or on the SRP for most individual products when purchasing eligible 1-year or 3-year term Autodesk subscriptions with single- or multi-user access and trading in an equivalent number of qualifying serial numbers and all associated seats of R14 (release year 1998) through 2018 perpetual licenses not on an active maintenance plan. Autodesk’s Suggested Retail Price is used for reference purposes only as the actual retail price is determined by your reseller. The operator of the online store is independent and free to set its own price.

ANZ : Autodesk LT Family product licenses are eligible to be traded in for subscriptions with single- or multi-user access to all eligible individual products except industry collections.

APAC except ANZ : Qualifying LT family products can be traded in for any eligible one- or three-year term subscriptions to Autodesk software, including industry collections with single-user access.

The customer agrees to discontinue use of these traded-in perpetual licenses. Note that customers are eligible to switch back to their perpetual license if not satisfied with subscription at the end of either the 3-year term, or the end of the second year of an annual term (1 year plus 1 year renewal).

Offer available from 07 May 2018 through 27 July 2018 when you purchase from resellers with the exception of the Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria, and may not be combined with other promotions.

Offer on Autodesk store is available from 08 May 2018 through 27 July 2018 for select eligible products.

Educational licenses including new, upgrades and migrations, and education-to-commercial transfers do not qualify. Major Account discounts may not be combined with this promotion. This promotion is not valid for product licenses purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program.
